60 minute intermediate (Level 2) class. This class is a whole body slow flow with a little bit of everything; Wheel backbend, Crow arm balance finishing with Shoulder stand. It is recommended that you have some previous Yoga experience.
Props needed: Yoga mat, Yoga belt, Yoga bricks.
This practice may contain poses not suitable for pregnant women.
