No7. "Human again" (Level 1-2)

Slow paced level 1-2 (beginner-intermediate) practice including some side bending postures; banasana, extended side angle, kneeling side angle finishing with a calming reclined pigeon and legs up the wall inversion. Perfect to end a busy day and "feel human again".

You will need a bricks and a small wall space to put your feet up. (Sounds good right?)
This practice may contain some poses that are not suitable for pregnant women.
It is recommended that you have previous Yoga experience before practising along with this video.
