No10. "Feel good frog" (Level 2)
A 60 minute level 2 whole body and hip focused practice. Key poses are lunge quad stretch, bound lizard and of course, as the title suggests - Frog. What makes this practice another all rounder are the enjoyable shoulder movements and chest stretches. Also contains a settling standing balance and bridge and wheel work for a comprehensive practice.
You will need a bricks and a belt.
This practice may contain some poses that are not suitable for pregnant women.
It is recommended that you have previous Yoga experience before practising along with this video. Level Guide
