No11. "Get your leg over!" (Level 1) Beginners
A 60 minute level 1 beginners, active practice some moderate effort is required. I hope you're not offended by my sense of humour! This practice is one focusing on fluid hip movement, hamstring lengthening, adductor lengthening and balance. Key poses are downward facing dog with leg raises, kneeling side angle, wide leg standing forward fold and eagle balance. Some neck, wrist and chest stretches make this a whole-body, comprehensive practice.
You will need a Yoga mat, bricks and a belt.
This practice may contain some poses that are not suitable for pregnant women.
Everyone has to start their Yoga practice somewhere. Level 1 beginners classes are the perfect place. Remember to do what you can and rest when you need to.
