No13. "Zoning in" (Level 1-2)

A 60 minute level 1-2 active practice focusing on awareness of the body and "zoning in" on the breath, the isometric engagement of muscles and noticing the sensations in the body. Key poses are eagle balance, lizard, plank walk-outs, seated spinal twist, janusirsasana and baddakonasa.

You will need a Yoga mat, bricks and a belt.

This practice may contain some poses that are not suitable for pregnant women.

Everyone has to start their Yoga practice somewhere. Level 1-2 classes can suitable for some beginners with good fitness and good general body awareness. Remember to do what you can and rest when you need to.
