No14 "Mixed Fixer" (Level 1)

A 60 minute level 1 active practice. I named this one because it contains a mix of poses that give me my Yoga fix with only mild to moderate effort. A broad range of movement through the hips, quadricep stretches, glute, hamstring and adductors all with mindful awareness given to those movements and the way we move. Key poses are back release pose, suptapadanghustasana, pratanasana, childs pose twist..

You will need a Yoga mat, bricks and a belt.

This practice may contain some poses that are not suitable for pregnant women.

Everyone has to start their Yoga practice somewhere. Level 1 or 1-2 classes can suitable for some beginners with good fitness and good general body awareness. Remember to do what you can and rest when you need to.
