A 60 minute level 1 active practice. I named this one supple shoulders, healthy hips because it contains a mix of shoulder and hip focused movement. Being able to move the shoulders and the hips with ease is vital to living in your body with comfort . You will need a Yoga mat, bricks and a belt.
This practice may contain some poses that are not suitable for pregnant women.
Everyone has to start their Yoga practice somewhere. Level 1 or 1-2 classes can suitable for some beginners with good fitness and good general body awareness. Remember to do what you can and rest when you need to.
