This is a 60 minute all level whole body Yoga practice including shoulder releasing poses. Includes Eagle, humble warrior, finishing with Shoulder stand. It is recommended that you have some previous Yoga experience.
Props needed: Yoga mat, Yoga belt, Yoga bricks.
