This is a 60 minute level 2 whole body Yoga practice including twists and hip focused poses such as Revolved extended side angle, gowmukasana and twisting pigeon. It is recommended that you have some Yoga experience.

Props needed: Yoga mat, Yoga belt, Yoga bricks.

Lvl1: Beginner/Gentle
Lvl2: Intermediate
Lvl3: Advanced
